To keep things safe and manageable, we do not accept the following:

- Dry-clean-only items
- Leather, suede, nubuck, or natural fur
- Weighted blankets, electric blankets, or large foam bedding
- Any items contaminated with mold, pests, or hazardous materials

Our Damaged Goods Policy
We treat every load with care. However, Good Dog Laundry Co. is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by items left in pockets
- Shrinkage, dye transfer, or fabric weakness due to age or wear
- Damage to garments with incomplete care labels or undisclosed special needs
If we notice damage before laundering, we’ll contact you to confirm how you'd like to proceed. In rare cases where we are at fault, our maximum compensation is $50 per load.
